Car restoration TV shows have helped the industry stay afloat during the though times. A lot of good ideas have grown from these TV shows, most car guys will sit for hours and watch these shows. Especially if the car being featured on the show is the same model as his car.


It’s no wonder that over the past eight, or ten years these shows have been popping up all over the place. They feature anything from engine builds, to full on custom car builds, and every time a car guy can learn something new about his car, you will have his full undivided attention.

GM Has Paid Off Their Government Loan; What Now?

After a long rough ride through new terrain; GM has finally paid of the government for their loan. I hope this helps people give them a chance again; GM has been a mainstay in the automotive industry for over one hundred years.


It’s time to lay off of the imports are better routine: we all need to see it for what it is; we should be supporting our country. Not the importers, we all know that our American car are as high in quality as any car built, look at Toyota; with their brake failing, and accelerator pedals sticking to the floor.

Are The American Auto Makers Making A Come Back?

Are the American auto makers making a come back, this still remains to be seen; right now they are making a profit, but that could all change in a split instant. If people continue to buy American cars that trend is likely to continue, and that’s good for our country’s economy.

DETROIT: General Motors Co posted its biggest quarterly profit in six years on Thursday, a day ahead of an expected IPO filing that will clear the way for the US government to relinquish its majority stake in the top US automaker.
